Healthy eyes and vision are a critical part of kids' development. A critical part of this is wearing glasses if a child needs them. When needed glasses aren’t worn, the connection between eye and brain doesn’t form appropriately – termed Amblyopia. If this isn’t recognized and treated promptly, it can lead to a lifetime of low vision.

At the Loving Eyes Foundation, we focus specifically on the eye health of children with craniofacial abnormalities. Specifically, we recognize that wearing glasses for these children is challenging if not impossible. We believe no child should lose vision simply because they cannot find a pair of glasses that fits.
